I recently purchaded the 20 bar and have been using it for various toning exercises. The bar is comfortable to hold and does not scratch up my floor. The bar is made of cast iron but covered in some kind of rubber foam. I uses for bicep curls, tricep, squats and lunges. Very versitile. i love my body bar!
