I am coming back from a metatarsal injury and this shoe has proven to be awesome! It guides your foot forward to the proper position, provides great lateral support, overall foot support and has gel in the heel and forefoot. I had to lace them up to the top to prevent the heel from slipping, but that's minor considering my poor, injured foot! I could not find this shoe anywhere else but online, and I'm happy I ordered. I am usually a size 9, but I ordered a 9 and a half, just as I would in Nike shoes. My feet are not narrow or wide, but I have a slightly high arch. My feet did not slip or stick doing my Zumba moves. May need the Gel Enthrall for summer months, since this shoe is not mesh, may be too hot by summer. But, overall, very happy with the shoe!!!
