I bought these for my sister, who has very normal size 7.5 feet, and they fit her perfectly. I always get her Nike, as I know it will fit (which is great since she can't very well try them on if they are a gift). She liked the look/colors a lot. Mostly though, they are very comfortable for her and predictably fit well. I've probably bought her about 5-6 pairs of Nikes, all 7.5, over the years, and they always fit perfectly.

I'm not a runner, so I won't comment on that aspect, but she tells me that her feet do not over/underpronate, are neither wide nor narrow, and have normal arches - and that Nike fit her best.
