I received the jump ropes, and I am SO pleased! This price for 12 jump ropes makes for GREAT stocking stuffers, or gifts for a small group of kids. They are just like the ones I used to use in school. They were so easy to learn to jump rope with, because the plastic segments click when they hit the ground and it gives kids and audible way to time their jump, and get a rhythm going.

The plastic isn't cheap feeling, and I'm sure they will last a long time. I got exactly what was listed here: 4 black, 4 blue, and 4 pink jump ropes. It wasn't just a random assortment of colors. The handles on all of them are black, and are very comfortable to hold while you are jumping rope (which is a great way to exercise, by the way!).
