I bought this when I was 32 weeks pregnant and wish I bought it earlier.I am 5'7" and bought the 75 mm size and it was perfect. Any taller would make it a little hard to sit on and any shorter would have made me squat too low to get on it. I have very sore hips in my pregnancy and this is the most comfortable place to sit. Helps with a sore back too. I use it as my chair at my desk, at the dinner table, to watch tv, etc. Mine came with a pump.
