My dad recommended this product. I bought it because our work bench doesn't have the leg grip things to help bring you up when you do crunches, so I thought this would be a good replacement. I got it at Wal-Mart for seven dollars. I have only used it twice so far doing about 3 reps of 10 (baby steps). My abs hurt. I cry like a girl at work when I have to get on the ground. I'm still not completely sure if I'm doing the work out correctly, but since my abs hurt so much, I've got to be doing something right. I just set up a safe distance between my starting position and the couch. When I extend at a comfortable length, the wheel will hit the couch and then I try to use my stomach muscles to being me back in. I'm only on the 2nd day, so I know it will be a while until I stop using the couch as a handicap. I'm just playing it safe though... i bet I'd tear a muscle if something wasn't there to stop me from rollin'. I will have to update my use of this product much later, but so far, I'm impressed with the hurting.
