Product is perfect to excercise upright - like jogging. But if you try to swim the little yellow weights might slip out. This doesn't happen with the other All Pro weights, just this belt. Besides that it worked well. I bought them all and enjoy getting a work out treading and swiming as long as I can with the belt, wrist, thigh, and ankle weights on.
