There are several reason why I returned this watch. The LCD screens for the date, seconds and day of week are too small and I was unable to read them without reading glasses. Also there is not much contrast so the numbers were very hard to see in low light conditions. Also the watch is hard to read. The hour markers are difficult to see such that you cannot just glance at the watch to get the time. Also the face of the watch has several very shiny surfaces that reflect alot of light and create glare. One coworker commented that it was "sparkly". Also I didn't see much usefulness to the speed gauge at the bottom. Also the nightlight did not provide enough light to read the watch at night nor did it stay on for 3 seconds as programmed, you had to keep the B button depressed. I probably would of been happier with a digital style watch. I ended up buying a Timex Ironman and so far have been satisfied with this watch.
