I purchased these tights around the new year. Living in Wisconsin and being an avid runner and skiier, I needed a product that would insulate and grant a good range of motion. These tights fulfilled that, and more. The support web truly keeps your joints and muscles aligned and supported in a way that you can feel just by putting the tights on. After doing a hard, sprint-repeat workout, my legs still felt fresh and like they had more in them.
The insulation and wind-stopping panels are fantastic. I am extremely warm-blooded, but because of the nanotechnology that regulates temperature, I have never once over-heated in these tights. I have also skiied in open plains with 30+ mph winds, and not even felt a breeze on my legs due to the wind-blocking fabric.
Some have said the tights ran small, however, they need to be fitted in order for the support web to do its magic. I'm 5'4", 125lbs, and wear a small. This definitely is not too small.
I highly recommend this product to outdoor athletes who need insulation and want to be on the edge of support technology. This is a great product at a well-worth-it price!
(Also, as some have noted, these tights are quite flattering because of the slimming support webbing.) :)

Love this watch just got it ,little getting use to at the beginning at setup ,10 minutes later you get it .quick setup use Google earth for altimeter and compass setup ,find a website for the magnetic declination adjustment , 4 degree deference in my case ,now I am at the playing stage ,compass azimuth are pretty cool, use the lcd screen and listen to the beep when you use the azimuth and the little lcd arrow point you in the direction you set it, its freaking cool ,once I find my exact altitude on Google earth ,started to play with that .its a beautiful watch that looks like a regular watch ,that turns to a hiking climbing diving ...... watch , but you would not know it by looking at it .It is on the thick side ,so if you want a thin cute little watch ,this is not it .

Reebok Total Body Toning Kit with DVD Review

I'm almost 6' tall so I wanted a 65cm ball. I was a little worried about buying a "universal" size ball since 55cm seems to be the standard size. I haven't measured this one but it's exactly the right size for me. When you sit on the ball your knees and hips should be at a 90 degree angle and this one is perfect. The included hand pump inflated the ball quickly and easily. The plug stays in place and I haven't had any problems with leakage so far.

The video that comes with this kit has about a 20 minute workout that starts with breathing exercises, then upper body, lower body, and abs. It's a decent quick workout but you only do one set of each exercise. The instructor in the video is actually pleasant and not nearly as annoying as many workout video instructors. I've been doing this routine in conjunction with my usual cardio and weights and it's a good addition. I'm interested in checking out some of the other Reebok workout videos but I'm also looking for a longer/more intense workout with the ball and bands.

All in all, this kit is a great value and I would definitely recommend it.
