i wanted a vest so when i went for my daily hike with my dog in the hills I would get more of a workout. After reading reviews of vests that put too much weight on your lower stomach/waist and back i decided to get one that placed all weight on my chest/shoulders. This one does just that. A lot of room to swing your arms, fits comfortably on shoulders, all straps are adjustable and good quality construction. The only complaint I have is my legs are spent by the time I return home from the hills. Well worth it.
