I like to do walking workouts and use weighted balls that weigh 2 lbs. I wanted something that would provide a little bit of a more strenuous experience when I'm up to it, and these will fit the bill just fine. I was glad to find these -they were shipped quickly and securely.

Just one problem...if you have small hands these will be very difficult to grip. They're larger than softballs. I have pretty large hands and long fingers and these can be tough to hold when I'm exercising. I still really like them though, I just wanted to add that information.

Compared to other items that aren't sold by the pair, these are a really good price.
