In the Invicta Men's Subaqua Noma IV Collection Chronograph 18k Gold-Plated Stainless Steel Watch, a gold case and dark gray bezel frame a luminous, cross-textured black dial that has gold-toned black hands. White orbs of varying sizes mark the hours, and the ebony inner bezel has a tachymeter scale. Three subdials (two outlined in black--one ringed with gold) provide timers to 30 minutes, 60 seconds, and 1/10 of a second. An arched, gold-framed window between the top two subdials displays the day of the week. A date display tilts between the four and five o'clock positions. Black barrel-shaped inserts compellingly accentuate the 18k gold-plated band, which fastens securely with a fold-over clasp. This is a big watch (50mm face) mostly suited for bigger people otherwise it would look a little ridiculous. The watch is 18k gold plated which is really easy to clean and looks nice, but it is just a thin layer of gold so it is not worth more just because of that. It draws a lot of attention while I am wearing it. It has pretty good functions like the tachymeter, 12hr chronograph, rotating bezel etc etc for the price which was $300 (it seems to have gone up since then).
Some things that I dont like about the watch is that it is a little on the heavy side, the locking clasp for the crown digs into the top of my wrist while bending my hand, and it is really hard not scratch this watch since it is so big and thick. But overall I really like it and it would probably be a good watch to use for going out but nothing too formal and I would not recommend it for daily use.
