Got this watches very quickly straight from Amazon. Payment, shipment, delivery was smooth.
Made in Philippines (you have sticker on back side stated its assembled in Philippines).
Rather simple but still good design compare to Citizen diving watches.And it has depth gauge build in.
Surprises comes after reading manual.
Depth measurement is 1 time in 5 sec. How come? how deep/shallow you may go for 5 sec? actually quite far.
Citizen watches measure depth every second.
Same things about temperature measurement- 5sec.
Then, even more interesting. To activate depth gauge you need to press button BEFORE entry to the water.
I remember I sold my old Citizen aqualand with same way of depth gauge activation shortly after I received it as gift for birthday.
May be it is personal experience, but at least 60-70% of diving time I forgot to activate depth gauge before jumping the water or it was already reset due to 5 min time limit (if switched it stays on only 5 min).By these days it is rather simple to implement water sensor on watches, that what Citizen do.
And finally, Manual clearly stated- It is NOT certified dive watches. Procedure of max depth/temperature recall is rather complicated. You need to unscrew main button and pull it out, which is may not be a good idea on dive boat for example. In citizen watches you just push one button and voila- max depth is there.

To sum up:

- this watches are cheap (we can say cost effective) solution for entry level guys who may dive occasionally but dont want to spend two time more for real diving gear (Citizen for example);
- this watches are not for serious divers (no auto activation of depth gauge, presumably accuracy of depth measuring poor and 5 sec interval by any measures is far from good;

But if you looking for cheap (this is key word) and relatively nice watches, then it could be good for you.
To be honest, design is nice but assembling in Philippines together with material (looks cheap really) makes this watches not really good for serious user.
