These shoes are the most wonderful fit I have found in a trail runner - they wrap your foot as if they were actually "wrapped" - great arch support and wonderfully soft. The problem is, the softness comes from a "bubbly" rubber over foam on the sole - which wore through about three weeks after purchasing the shoes.

Have now worn them for almost nine months and am resorting to Shoe Goo to keep themm going. Have written twice to La Sportiva - no answer. Guess La Sportiva is off my buying list. At $115 a copy, I definitely would not recommend these shoes.
