The vertical knee raise stability handles can be folded flat to easily perform pull ups without obstacle. The weight assist attachment is adjustable with 3 pop pin adjustments. The back, arm and weight assist cushions feature extra thick 3” Duracraft padding covered in sweat and tear resistant Duraguard Vinyl. I assembled this unit last night and for $700 it is a pretty solid unit. The unit is very well built; clean welds, super beefy steel, completely assembled I think this thing easily weighs in over 200 pounds. The BowFlex 3.1 bench is a complete joke compared to the quality of this build. I love the versatility of the workouts you can get from this power tower. The assisted dips and pull ups is the best functionality I've seen yet in any home gym. Super glad I bought this unit. And with a lifetime warranty I have no worries - not that I will ever need to call it. If you have the discipline to work out at home, get this unit. It is super.
