The sizing is spot on. The smallest and largest adjustment holes are 9 inches apart, just as the size chart indicates.

The back section is 18 inches across before it tapers into the side and front. It's almost, but not quite, 4 inches wide. It's 0.24 inches thick. It's made with three layers. It appears that the outer black surface is top grain. The inner layer is split leather. The middle layer is the thicker than the inner and outer layers combined, and may be full grain leather. I'd hope that's true so that it has the strength that is expected of a leather weightlifting belt. The side and front of the belt is 2 3/8 inch wide, and while it works, it would be nice if it were thicker so that it would be easier to push the abs against.

Grizzly is a Canadian company, and they do make some things in Canada, but this belt was made in Pakistan.

I've only used this belt for barbell rows and overhead press so far, but every indication is that this belt will last for a very long time. This was among the least expensive leather belts on Amazon when I bought it.

Even though the width of the front of the belt isn't quite what I want it to be, that's too be expected with a narrower belt, and I cannot mark it down for it. It's a really good belt for its size.

These bands work really well. I have a herniated C6-7 disc in my neck I am re-habbing so It feels uncomfortable to do a pull-up. Tissot Women's T048.217.27.017.00 White Dial T Race Watch Review

Purchased this watch for my wife. Buying online at Amazon for less than $500.00 was a great value. Tissot is a very good Swiss brand with great heritage - they make very good movements & their products are solid. I own a Rolex, & while this watch costs far less, it still has some very nice features you'd expect to find on much higher end products, such as a synthetic Sapphire crystal (same as my Rolex Submariner). The case will eventually scratch (they all do), but the crystal should not, which means it will look good and "new" for years to come.

My wife loves the design, the rubber bracelet is very comfortable & was easy to size, & overall she's very happy with it. To compare, the same exact watch was $600.00 on a cruise ship we were on during a recent trip, and $650.00 at the big mall in Las Vegas across from the Wynn resort & casino. $650.00 is the full sticker price, so it's a much better value here.

Swimovate Poolmate Heart Rate Monitor Lap Counter Watch, Black Review

I have been very happy with the 1st Poolmate series I purchased around 14 months ago, so I decided to step it up to the new Poolmate HR. I've been using the new Poolmate HR for around 3 weeks now and within that time, the efficiency in my stroke has bumped up to the above average swimmer category. I've so enjoyed the vibrating feature on this watch; I no longer have to worry about counting laps in my head or even glancing at it to see what lap I'm on. I just swim and at every desired lap that I've programmed the watch to vibrate, it does and informs me just how many laps I've swam and how many more vibrates to complete my set of 64 laps. (My desired setting is vibrate at every 16 laps). My swim sets consist of 2 sets of 64 laps 3 times a week.
The heart rate strap was a little tricky at first, but I quickly learned to make sure I strapped it on very snug, thus with this feature I am able to get a more exact reading of how many calories I've burned according to my weight and age that was programmed into the watch. The software that comes with it has been very impressive, I've been able to see my entire swim by the numbers on my PC and it allowed me to focus where I needed help with being a better swimmer. Another plus from the watch verses any other is even though my 1st series watch battery life lasted around 14 months, before it had to be replaced, this one recharges itself through it's PC's software so it never needs replacing. As a Tri-athlete who swims around 6 miles a week in the pool, I've found that the Pool Mate HR has proven to be one of my most valuable tools in my training.

The Pros
1. The watch allows me to study all aspect of my swim on my PC including my stroke rate, length, calories burned, efficiency and so much more than I could ever imagine, they thought of everything.
2. The Chrome mode is helpful because when I'm training outside of the water, I can use it as a stopwatch EI with heart rate monitor for my runs and bicycle rides. It's great for brick workouts
3. Since I've been using the Poolmate HR not only has it helped me become a better swimmer, but also it's been fun and has added somewhat of an entertainment element to my long swims.
The Cons
The setup was a little tricky at first; but I've been known to be somewhat of an impatient guy. After I slowed down and read through the small booklet of information thoroughly, I got it dialed in.
