This watch is absolutely beautiful! It IS large and heavy, but for me that is not an issue... for some, they might complain, but I like it! (If you don't like a really large heavy watch, there is a smaller "standard" version also available). The bracelet links are brightly polished on either side, while the inside piece has a brushed finish as does the watch case itself. The links are rather large, so if you have to adjust it and had to remove only one link it might be a little unbalanced. To cover the stem, there is a screw down cap with a small "hinge" that prevents dropping or losing the cap, which is a great safety feature. The numerals are large and easily readable, and they, as well as the hands, glow in the dark. The band has a driver's type lock down safety latch which I like very much. After having it only one day, it seems to keep time very accurately. Overall this is a very beautiful watch and for the price I bought it on sale, to me it was a fantastic buy since I have been looking at these watches for some time now. I recommend this watch to anyone looking for a unique quality timepiece at a less than break the bank price! As an side note, I highly recommend buying one of the watch repair kits available on Amazon. I bought the 13 Jeweler's Repair Kit, and with those tools was able to quickly make the proper adjustments to the band without worrying about scratching the watch body or the band and was wearing my new watch within just a few minutes! With those tools, I was also able to replace the battery in one of my other watches within just a couple of minutes rather than having to take it to a jeweler or watch repair... the price of the kit pays for itself in just one trip to the jeweler!
