The workout takes about 2 hours to fully complete. Lots of short sprints, backpedaling and side shuffles. You need some markers or cones for the sprints, a step box, and a ball. You can use the curb for a short step box. If you remember your football, soccer or track drills, you don't need this deck. Good for coaches or outdoor trainers. Would rate it 3.5, but there are no half ratings. Not good enough for 4 stars. Bring plenty of water for a 2 hour workout.
