This bar is really solid. The rotating connection tab spins freely and is very thick and sturdy. The bar itself seems to be solid and weighs quite a lot...does not feel hollow. The rubber is rather stinky when new but it wore off over the first several days. Angles of bar are perfect for curls and low rows. Too narrow for lat pulls.
