It's okay. It's better than the Manduka eQua hand towel, being thicker, more absorbent, and having more of the feel of a real cotton towel. But you know what works even better than either this towel or the Manduka? A good old cotton hand towel. Feels nicer on your skin and absorbs the sweat in one swipe rather than several. You don't need a high tech fabric for your towel since you're not going to get a lot of evaporation during your actual workout. You want comfort and rapid absorbency, and for that I haven't found any synthetic that beats regular old cotton.
