I chose this Resist-A-Ball because this is what I use at the YMCA and I knew what to expect. It's been excellent in quality and hold the air. I aired it up the first day, then added more air on the second day. I'm 5'3" and maybe should have ordered the 55 CM instead of the 65 CM. But it's been working fine and I can leave a little more air out of the ball if I decide to make it smaller. It's solid and I feel safe sitting (using it like a chair) and working out on it. I recommend it. The ball has ribbing lines around it that I think make it more durable and keep it from slipping around.
