PRO - Great looking watch... my husband loves it and says everyone complements him on it... he also loves the fact that he can easily change the face and band
CON - One thing to keep in mind... if you have a big hands and therefore a large wrist then you will probably need to buy the longer strap.

Update: The watch was not even 6 months old and the part of the strap that holds the buckle has torn. I ordered another strap so will see how this new one performs... luckily the buckle can be transferred to another strap as they do not sell replacement straps with gold buckles.
