They combine the right amount of lightweight, cushioning, support, and return energy, preparing you for a smooth ride, mid-foot stike, and return energy into your next stride, using minimal energy. I found them true-to-size. I wear women's size 7.5 in the other, orginal model, the GoRun's, which where sized large, BUT THESE are true-to-size, I ordered size 8 womens, and they're perfect.
