I got this ball last summer to start working out more. The first time I got the ball the pump was broken so I got a new one. The second time I pumped the ball up and it was great. However, the pump is horrible! I sat and pumped the ball up for 2 hours and even had to have a friend come help me. The pump that comes with it is lousy and it really made my arms hurt and rubbed my palms raw from trying to hold it. I suggest a different ball with a different pump.
