bought these at a local sporting goods store ( for $20 bucks cheaper i might add )

thought they might be good for spinning and overall inside shoes for the gym.

unfortunately the sole design does not make for comfortable "out of the saddle" bike work outs and there is no cushion in the heels so even on the treadmill my knees were talking to me all the next day.

they are very well ventilated and that's about the only plus i can see.
