I would have given it five stars. I loved the price and "compact-ability" of the bike. It was very easy to install. The gears and electronics work very well. The seat is comfortable enough and the back rest is great. However, the device is noisy. There is a clicking noise that is coming from inside the pedal mechanism, and I wasn't able to tell where it was coming from even after I opened the pedal assembly to look inside. It is quite an annoying loud noise that doesn't let me use the bike in my bedroom like I first envisioned it. But, it is sturdy and less annoying with good headphones on. Remember the price. But the noise took it down to three stars.
