Great for beginners, to the toning and sculpting workouts -- or, just use them on days when you don't feel up to the heavier weighted balls (which can be purchased separately). Stott Pilates Toning Balls 1 pound (purple) deliver a less intense cardio workout than the Stott Pilates Toning Ball (Blue, 10 cm, 2 Pounds) or the Stott Pilates Toning Ball (Green, 10 cm, 3 Pounds) -- but, one does get a nice workout.
