This was a great addition to my MarcyPro workout station. It works smoothly and seems of decent quality. My only issue is I wish the attachment post was about 6 inches longer so it had more adjustment options. As is, I'm just resting it in the holder, sitting on top of the restraining bolt so it is at the right height for me (and I'm not a large person ... 5'11"). I would prefer the extra post length, so it would slide further down and be restrained properly by the restraining bolt. However, it works just fine as is, so no real problem for me. A taller person might have an issue.
