I love this rope.. I am still using it today. This is my go-to rope for some great cardio. I have owned and broken many of ropes in my day and I have had my Aero Speed for about a year now and it is still going strong. It took a little while to get used to the rope due to it being so light but after breaking it in and getting used to it.. I fell in love with it.
