The mat is normal quality, the strap is ok, and the yoga block is ok. I should research finding a more cushioned mat... my tailbone really hurts when it is pressed hard against solid surfaces. Also would like it if it came with 2 yoga blocks as that is what you eventually need to practice with. The price is great regardless, it's a good beginner set.
