I usually where a medium in sports tops, but when I received this medium it was too tight and didn't look right on me. Luckily the Amazon return process was very easy. I returned it for a large and the large fits much better but is too long for a petite torso (which I have). That said, I kept it. I've used it to work out and have been happy with it as far as breathability and moisture wicking tendencies. The bra insert is sturdier than I've seen with other sports tops, but a sports bra is still required if using it for most work out purposes.
