I am currently 22 weeks and wore a LG prior to pregnancy. Maternity fitness clothes in the main brands are not available primarily (at least what I've found), so I decided to try bigger versions of the workout clothes and they are very comfortable. They're also moisture wicking which will hopefully help keep me a tad cooler as we walk into the hotter summer months. I purchased the XL to have a little extra growing room. So for those who are in the same situation, I really like these response t-shirts and tanks and would recommend them to a friend.

Last, a full line of maternity fitness clothes from Adidas would be awesome, too, since more women are trying to stay fit through pregnancy because of all the health benefits for the mom and baby.

Update (July 27, 2013): I am now 32 weeks and these tanks still fit very comfortably thanks to their stretchy fabric. They're starting to ride up a little bit since my belly has grown, so I have to keep an eye out for that, but the length is still adequate by and large. I have worn them camping, out running errands, and just around the house. After wearing a stiff uniform all day at work, these tanks along with the adiFit pants are top on my list for post-work lounge wear and birthing class. They have also held up well after multiple washes. Here's hoping they last 8-10 more weeks!
