I bought the smaller hand size towel because I didn't want to wash the big towel all the time.

They warn that it will bleed if you don't wash it twice before the first use, but I didn't find that to be true.

You have to wet the towel before you use it. I still find that my hands slide, especially when holding down dog for a long time, but it's better than not using the towel. It's also better than using a hand towel. So, dont' think that it's going to be magic, but it will improve slippage.

I needed a long sleeve, UV protection shirt for boating this summer. This shirt looks great, has sun protection and breathes pretty well. I give it 4 of 5 stars because it seems to take a while to dry out once wet. Sizing seems to be fairly true (size L for a person 6ft, 185 lbs).

If you don't mind missing out on the "free pocket umbrella", you can buy a golds gym pull up bar at walmart for $19.

I was personally very satisfied with this product.

Pros: I live in a college dorm room, so I can't put holes in the wall to hang a pull up bar. The product was simple enough to put together without even looking at the instructions (4 bolts and 2 screws). The bar is sturdy and seems to be holding up well. The foam padding is easier on my hands than the tape on the bar at the school gym.

Cons: It wouldn't work in my friend's room because there isn't any room between the molding and the ceiling on his doorway. The arm straps seem pretty useless, but I wasn't really planning on using them anyway.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. It's cheap, sturdy, and best of all doesn't need to damage the drywall or door frame to work.

I purchased this product thinking that it would be better than the tennis balls that I currently use, primarily for lower leg and foot issues (old athlete stuff). This was well worth the investment! The kit, which includes an odd shaped roller, two dense balls (smaller than tennis ball size) and a foam brick, is simply much more effective at working out trigger points in lower leg. The roller has also been extremely effective in getting at some difficult points in the foot. The product quality-including the "how to" materials-is excellent, and even after more than a year of use, everything looks (and works) like new. I have not seen anything near this price that provides such complete treatment of lower leg/foot trigger points (although you could buy multiple products and put them together at higher cost). My son is a collegiate soccer player, and he has benefited greatly from this kit (I bought him his own), so it works on performing athletes as well as old guys like myself. I recommend this product to anyone that has recurring cramps, muscle issues, and trigger points in the lower leg. One thing to note is that this is not a quick fix purchase; you can manage and work out the triggerpoints, but you will need to do regular maintenance if the problems are chronic (as they are with me).

I really had high hopes, shelling out the forty, yes forty dollars, for the ridiculously simple functionality. Money did not buy quality in this case. This was to be a 2nd pedometer. My 1st is the Fitbit which I love but, I need a second, simpler one I can keep at work for my lunchtime power-walks. Set up was easy enough but the step count is horribly inaccurate. 12 steps counted as 32. While sitting, getting the pedometer into the clip generated 22 steps! I wouldn't mind if, once it got going, it was accurate. I could subtract out the extra steps from when I go from sitting to standing if that were the only glitch. But, it just plain doesn't give an accurate estimate of steps. Nowhere even close!!! Going back to best buy within the 30 day return policy. Too bad. Was looking forward to the light-driven pace-keeper function. Bells and whistles don't matter if the product doesn't deliver the basics.
